We have developed a bespoke audit procedure which ensures all our clients are notified immediately of any ‘At Risk’ or ‘Immediately Dangerous’ situations so they can be actioned instantly. Our consultants complete gas audits on electronic devices, therefore data can be instantly uploaded to our secure cloud portal on site. From here the data is downloaded onto our software where detailed reports are generated.

We conduct work-in-progress assessments for many of our clients to offer a more in depth audit into gas engineers workmanship. One of our experienced auditors will shadow an engineer onsite and compile a detailed assessment. The report will highlight positive performance along with areas of improvement; we will often advise on how engineer procedures can be enhanced to maximize efficiency and safety.
Landlord gas safety certificates and “Benchmark” commissioning certificates must comply to current regulations. We can carry out desk-top audits to check that documents have been correctly completed. This provides assurance that documentation meets legal requirements; this can be crucial in an incident investigation or company external audit situation. Assessing these documents is also a part of our mainstream auditing process, both work in progress and post work audits.
CO incidents are thankfully few and far between, especially if you have our QA Gas Audit programme in place. However, on the rare occasion one may arise, our vastly experienced team at EC Solutions can carry out a full CO investigation and report.
